Nothing - it was horrible
Bugs in the bed, hair between the sheets, blood on the cover, was falsely accused for taking a bed skirt. Was charged $10.00 cash for a 9 year old child

No running hot water, no lights, and the room smelled badly. When I checked in the receptionist was so rude, unprofessional, and seemed as though she did not know how to conduct business

Not much.
Lack of hot water. Staff calling my room at 11p.m. and telling me she got in trouble for giving me a lower rate. Said she had to charge me more.

The Wi-Fi after calling the front desk and getting a pass word.
Our door would not lock, when we complained the manager assured us that our property would be safe and refuse to move us to another room, their explanation was due to the time of the year several doors would not lock and that the area was very safe. The water had to run for 30 minutes befog becoming hot.

The location was great for our trip to Oxford. The room was clean, the staff was accommodating. Parking was good, too. Overall, pleased with my stay.
We were on the second floor, about 4 rooms from the front of the hotel. When the staff began cleaning, all we could hear was the banging of something behind our room. We suspected that the laundry room was back there somewhere. My buddy's room was updated with new TV and tub faucet while mine wasn't. I had a difficult time finding hot water because of the weird, outdated faucet but eventually, I found it. We were staying for two days so after the first night, we were planning on sleeping in past 10am. Well, that was difficult. There was an aluminum sidewalk cover outside of my room, too. That slapped around every time somebody's luggage rolled over it. Other than trying to sleep in, everything was fine, though.

1, Location. 2. Bed was very comfortable.
1. Front desk said we had no reservation...that they had never heard from Booked.net. 2. Front desk and housekeeping ignorant of rudiments of their duties....so stupid they are barely civilized. 3. Housekeeping calls and wakes every room in the early AM to ask when the room will be vacant. 4. Morning front desk never heard of the possibility of a late check time out and refused to honor one given by night staff. 5. All staff are highly opinionated, very stubborn, "know it alls" and amazingly stupid...almost unfit to operate in polite or modern society.

The TV worked.
They had no policy for pets or smoking and the owners harassed my family for information that was no discussed with us. Please don sleep here, the owners are disrespectful and rude.

Location is good. Easy access from hwy 78. Walmart and gas station just across the street.
Rude front desk staff over the phone and in person. Changed reservation from two days down to one day through Booked.net. Called three times over two days to verify the change in departure I made through Booked.net. Two different front desk employees told me Booked.net never notified them. Had to bring in email confirmation to insure I wasn't charged for the second day.
